If you choose to use DOT Express as a transport carrier or logistics service provider, data supplied to us, will be held in secure storage by our IT Bureau .

Whether this data is imported directly from the freight management system we supply customers or from your ERP/warehouse management system via ftp, email or any other electronic means, it may be shared with one or more of our Contractors and/or Agents.

Data for the previous 24 months that is held in secure storage by our IT Bureau, will be made available to our respective customer as soon possible, upon request to DOT Express.
